We pre-shrink our fabrics before cutting to maintain your fit. To keep your garment in the best condition, we recommend dry cleaning or professional pressing, especially for embroidered or high-end pieces.

Yes. If you love a style but want a different color, length, or fit, we can convert it into a custom order for a small additional tailoring fee.

International orders: 15–20 business days after dispatch

Do not accept the parcel. Return it immediately with the delivery rider and contact us right away via WhatsApp or email. Once the rider has left and the delivery has been accepted, we are unable to process a damage claim.

Custom-made garments are non-returnable once delivery has been accepted. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged and is handed back to the delivery rider immediately upon arrival. Please inspect your order carefully before accepting it.
