Our Commitment

At Elinor Studio, every garment is crafted with precision, care, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Because each piece is made exclusively for you, we have designed our return and refund process to reflect the bespoke nature of our work while ensuring complete transparency and a seamless experience for every client.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available for all domestic orders

  • All major credit and debit cards

  • Inter-Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT)

  • Digital Wallets (available in Pakistan) 

Inspection at Delivery:  Approval on Arrival

We operate on a strict Inspection-at-Door policy. Upon receiving your order, you are strongly encouraged to inspect your package thoroughly in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting it.

Once the package has been accepted and the delivery rider has left, the order is considered approved and is no longer eligible for a return or refund. Please do not sign off on a delivery until you are fully satisfied with the condition of your parcel.

Returns

A return will only be accepted under the following condition:

  • The item arrives visibly damaged or defective at the time of delivery, and is returned immediately with the delivery rider at the point of receipt.

Returns requested after the delivery rider has departed will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our garments, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • All custom-stitched and personalized garments once delivery has been accepted

  • All high-end recreations and tailored pieces crafted to client specifications

  • Any item not returned with the delivery rider at the time of arrival

We invest significant time, skill, and premium materials into every piece we create. Because each garment is made exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been received and accepted.

Refund Processing

If a damaged item is successfully returned with the delivery rider at the time of delivery, our team will review and initiate the refund process promptly.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days from the date the return is confirmed

Please note that refunds are not applicable to Cash on Delivery orders beyond the point of the rider's departure.
