Welcome to Elinor Studio. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website.

1. General Use of the Website

By visiting or using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to do so. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide to us and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Elinor Studio reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe these terms are being violated. 

2. Products & Services

Elinor Studio offers a curated selection of ready-to-wear pieces alongside fully bespoke, made-to-order garments. We take great care in presenting accurate product descriptions, including measurements, fabric details, and availability. However, please note the following:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished garment due to variations in display settings and fabric dye batches.
  • Bespoke and custom-made garments are crafted to your individual specifications and may not be an exact replica of any reference image or inspiration provided.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice

3. Order Process & Payment

All orders are confirmed and processed upon successful payment. We accept the following payment methods for domestic orders:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Bank Transfer
  • Digital Wallets

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes or shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies are the sole responsibility of the customer. Elinor Studio is not liable for delays caused by customs processing. 

4. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Given the made-to-order nature of our bespoke garments, the following conditions apply:

  • A consultation will be conducted prior to production to confirm all design specifications, measurements, and fabric choices.
  • Once production has commenced, changes to the order may not be possible.
  • Estimated delivery timelines for bespoke orders will be communicated at the time of consultation and may vary based on complexity and workload.
  • Custom-made garments are non-refundable once delivery has been accepted, except in the case of damage upon arrival. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Delivery

Elinor Studio is committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–8 business days from order confirmation
  • Bespoke/Custom Orders: Delivery timeline communicated at consultation
  • International Orders: 15–20 business days, subject to customs processing times

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Elinor Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy for full details. A summary is provided below:

  • Domestic Orders: Returns are accepted only if the item is found damaged at the time of delivery and returned immediately with the delivery rider. No returns are accepted once the rider has departed.
  • International Orders: No returns accepted after 24 hours of receipt. Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt, subject to applicable conditions and fees.
  • Custom-Made Orders:  Non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivery has been accepted, unless the item arrives damaged.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability and must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please note:

  • Cancellations for ready-to-wear orders will be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Cancellations for bespoke or custom-made orders are not possible once production has commenced, as materials and labor will already have been allocated.
  • Any eligible cancellation refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elinor Studio website, including but not limited to logos, photography, designs, graphics, text, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Elinor Studio and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without prior written permission from Elinor Studio.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elinor Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption. While we take every reasonable measure to maintain the security and accuracy of our platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

10. Data Privacy

By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and handling it responsibly in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

Elinor Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
