At Elinor Studio, we take the same care in delivering your garment as we do in crafting it. Every order, whether a ready-to-wear piece or a fully bespoke creation, is packaged with attention to detail and dispatched with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Where We Ship
Elinor Studio ships both domestically within Pakistan and internationally to select destinations worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
Shipping Timelines
Please note that shipping timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Production and preparation time is separate and will be communicated at the time of your order or consultation.

Domestic (within Pakistan): 5–8 business days after dispatch

International: 15–20 business days after dispatch, subject to customs processing times in your country
For bespoke and custom-made orders, your expected dispatch date will be discussed and confirmed during your initial consultation. Because every garment is crafted individually with precision and care, we ensure you have a clear and realistic timeline before production begins.
Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment clearance.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time. If you experience any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us and we will assist you directly.
Packaging
Every Elinor Studio order is carefully packaged to protect your garment during transit. Our packaging is designed to reflect the premium nature of our brand and ensure your piece arrives in the same condition it left our studio.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details. For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country's authorities are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Elinor Studio has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or cover them on your behalf.
Delays & Disruptions
While we make every effort to meet the estimated timelines above, Elinor Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance processes for international shipments

National holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
In the event of a significant delay, our team will proactively reach out to keep you informed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not accept the parcel and return it immediately with the delivery rider. Once the rider has departed and the delivery has been accepted, we are unable to process a claim. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
